By creating an account or accessing Sunverge Vault (sunverge.ca), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Sunverge Vault is operated by Anand Tech Inc.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Sunverge Vault only for lawful purposes. You must not upload or share illegal material, fraudulent documents, malware, or unauthorized personal identification belonging to third parties without consent.
3. User Responsibility & Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all documents uploaded to your vault. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passcodes, and shared links.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sunverge Vault and Anand Tech Inc. provide the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we employ industry-standard encryption and security measures, users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical documents.
