Operating Entity

These Terms govern your use of the Sunverge Mobility platform, operated by:

01. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent or list a vehicle. You represent that you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

02. The Marketplace

Sunverge is a tech marketplace connecting Owners and Renters. We are not a rental company, insurer, or transportation carrier.

05. Insurance & Liability

Sunverge does not provide insurance. Owners and Renters are solely responsible for obtaining coverage required by local law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunverge is not liable for accidents, theft, breakdowns, or injuries occurring during a rental.

06. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal use or theft
  • Competitive racing
  • Hazardous material transport
  • Tampering with odometers
  • Unregistered/Unsafe vehicles
  • Circumventing platform fees

Local Jurisdiction

For users in Canada: These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Privacy is handled per PIPEDA regulations.
