Rentals are subject to availability and confirmation by the vehicle owner. Renters must comply with traffic laws and are responsible for damages, violations, or accidents during the rental period.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers. Service fees may apply. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our cancellation policy.
Users may not engage in fraudulent bookings, misrepresentation, or use of vehicles for illegal purposes.
Sunverge Mobility acts only as a marketplace connecting owners and renters. We are not liable for accidents, damages, or disputes arising from vehicle usage.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
