1. Information We Collect

At Sunverge Vault (sunverge.ca), we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your personal information:

• Account Registration Data: Name, email address, password hash, and verification status.
• Vault Documents: Files you upload (Resumes, Driver's Licenses, Passports, Pay Stubs, Work Permits) and associated metadata (title, category, expiry dates).
• Link Tracking & Audit Logs: Recruiter/recipient view counts, timestamps, user-agent details, and recipient self-identified names/roles.

2. How We Protect Your Data

Your documents are protected with zero-trust encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest using Cloudflare R2 object storage. Access to your documents is strictly controlled via your account credentials and configurable share link parameters (passcodes, expiration timers, and dynamic watermarks).

3. User Data Deletion & Control

You maintain 100% ownership of your documents. You can delete any uploaded file or revoke any share link at any time from your dashboard. Deleting a document immediately purges the file blob from our storage servers.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or uploaded documents to third-party advertisers. Documents are shared only with recipients you explicitly authorize by generating a trackable share link.
