We collect personal information to verify users and process rentals:

  • Identity: Aadhaar/PAN (India) or Provincial Driver’s License (Canada).
  • Vehicle Data: VIN, battery health logs, and insurance validity.
  • Location: GPS data during active trips for safety and roadside assistance.

02. Regional Data Sharing

Data is shared between verified Hosts and Renters only to the extent required to complete a booking. We use localized payment processors—Razorpay in India and Stripe in Canada—to ensure your financial data stays within secure, compliant infrastructures.
